The following types of deposits are accepted in person at any Suffolk OTB Qwik Bet location:

• Cash
• Cash voucher
• Winning tote ticket
• Personal check
• Money Order
• Cashiers' Check

Deposits must be accompanied by a completed deposit slip, which can be obtained at any Qwik Bet location desk.

To make a deposit in person at a Suffolk OTB Qwik Bet location, please follow these instructions:

• Complete a deposit slip.
• Please make all checks payable to "Suffolk OTB".
• Visit any teller window at any Suffolk OTB Qwik Bet location and present the deposit slip and the check, cash, tote ticket or voucher for processing.

• Deposits made with cash, cash vouchers and winning tote tickets are posted to the wagering account upon receipt.
• Personal Checks are subject to a five to seven (5-7) business-day hold period from the time the check is received in Customer Care and posted to the customer account holder's wagering account.
