Important Facts about Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests MUST be accompanied by a completed and signed withdrawal slip. A withdrawal request cannot be processed without the account holder's signature. A printable SuffolkOTB Withdrawal Slip is available through this link.
• Withdrawal checks will be mailed by First Class Mail.
• If your wagering account balance is insufficient to cover the requested withdrawal amount, the withdrawal will not be processed.

Cash withdrawals may be made at any Suffolk OTB location. Just use your account wagering card - with your PIN # - at any self serve machine (STAN or BET JET) and follow the prompts. The machine will print out a voucher for your withdrawal amount.

To cash the voucher, bring it to the appropriate employee
